This is a 4U rack mount case,suitable for ATX board,the case made of steel plate, material and size can be customized as required.
The surface treatment for the case can be powder coating,anodizing,painting etc. We'll choose the suitable finish according to the material.
The lead time for a customized metal case usually 3-10 working days for samples,for bulk order around 15-25 working days.
The sheet metal parts processed generally made by bending or punching some thin metal sheets to deformation, to form the desired shape and size, and can further form more complex parts by welding or a small amount of machining metal sheet (usually within 4mm).
The rack mount 1u/2u/3u/4u case we have standard samples,if you are developing the case and do not have drawing,can take our standard samples to test.
We supply design service if customers without drawing.
