1. There was a problem with the last shipment. Can this order guarantee quality and delivery?

    A:We can assure that the reason for the last problem has been found and solved. I will go to workshop to check the production process and progress on this order to ensure that these problems will not occur again.

2. Will my drawing be safe after you get it?

   A:Sure, we will not release your design to third party unless with your permission. And we can sign the NDA before you send the drawings.

3. What is your terms of packing?

    A:Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

4. Why the expedited fee be so high? Can you reduce a little?

   A:Now the labor cost is really high. The professional workers have to pay 25 RMB for overtime each hour. The expedited fee is not earned by our company, It is the fee pay for the employees.
