It is made of ABS(also can be PC/PA/PE etc), which has good mechanical properties and excellent heat resistance to operate at higher temperatures and withstand higher pressures. The housing protects the internal electronic components and can be easily opened for maintenance and servicing.

We currently have black and white in stock to meet different customer needs. The black housing looks more discreet and professional, fits into different types of electronic equipment junction boxes and blends better into the usage environment. The white housing, on the other hand, looks brighter and is suitable for some more appearance-oriented electronic equipment, such as audio and home entertainment systems.

Q1: Do you make customized products based on our design drawings?

A:Yes, we are a professional metal fabrication factory with an experienced engineering team to make custom products according to clients' drawings.

Q2: Will my drawing be safe after you get it?

A:Yes, we will not release your design to third party unless with your permission. And we can sign the NDA before you send the drawing.

Q3: What is the MOQ?

A: Usually we don't set MOQ, but the more, the cheaper. Besides, we are happy to make prototype or sample for clients to ensure quality standard.

Q4:Whether some samples can be provided?

A: Yes, We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.

Q5: What are your terms of packing?

A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have a legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

Q6: What format drawings do you need?

A: We need a 3D file or a 2D PDF file. And please also share the material, quantity, surface finish, and other requirements for a better estimate.

Q7: How long it will take?

A: If for the stock case, need 3-5days. If you need to create a new mold, for an aluminum profile need 15-20 workdays. For plastic injection box need 20-25 workdays. The time of produce mass according to the quantity, there are some changes.
