Custom plastic electronic enclosures

Hongfa can custom a new plastic electronic enclosures for customer if have drawing or samples.

1.Customer supply the complete 3D drawing of the plastic electronic enclosures,or send the sample,hongfa will make the drawing.

2.Engineer make the mold design and drawing.Hongfa's mold engineers will follow up on product drawings and design a complete set of mold structure drawings.

3.Mold producting:The mold production line will follow up with the mold drawings for evaluation, arrange customized materials, and make production plans.

4.Mold testing and sample injection molding:After the mold production is completed, the engineer and QC compare the drawings for mold acceptance, confirm the parameters are OK, and then arrange for injection molding sample testing on the machine.

5. Surface treatment of the molds:After passing the mold and sample data testing, the mold will be surface treated according to customer requirements.

6. Sample inspection and testing:After surface treatment of the mold, the final sample injection molding will be carried out to prepare the test samples for the customer.

6.Injection molding of bulk products.After the samples confirmed by customers,then injection molding the bulk order.

7.Visual inspection and packing.After injection molding, the product will undergo deburring, deburring, and appearance inspection. Qualified products will be packaged.

8. Shipment: All products are packaged and transported through suitable channels according to customer requirements.

• Computer Cases: This is the most typical application. The plastic electronic enclosure (usually the front and top panels) combined with the metal frame provides a beautiful appearance, LED indicator lights, buttons, interfaces, and optical drive slots. • Monitors: The casing of modern LCD displays is almost entirely made of engineering plastic, used to secure panels, accommodate circuit boards, and provide a slim, stylish appearance.
