1, Steel Enclosure
Steel is used as battery shell material, because the physical stability of steel material is much higher than that of aluminium material. After optimization of design structure of various manufacturers, the safety device has been placed inside the battery core.
2, Aluminum Enclosure
Aluminum enclosure is a battery box made of aluminium alloy, which is mainly used in square lithium-ion batteries. The reason why lithium-ion batteries are packaged with aluminium box is that it is lighter and safer than steel box.
