What are the main processes of coloring of electronic instrument aluminum enclosures,
The following is the explaination:
(1) Surface pretreatment: chemical or physical methods are used to clean the surface of profiles,
expose a pure substrate, in order to facilitate the acquisition of a complete, dense artificial oxide film.
The surface of the mirror or no light (Ya Guang) can be obtained by mechanical means.
(2) Anodizing: A dense, porous and strong adsorptive layer of AL203 film was formed on the surface of the surface pretreated profiles under certain technological conditions.
(3) Sealing: The pore of the porous oxide film formed by anodic oxidation is sealed to enhance the anti-pollution, corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the oxide film.
The oxide film is colorless and transparent.
By using the strong adsorbability of the oxide film before sealing, some metal salts are adsorbed and deposited in the pores of the film,
which can make the profile appear many colors other than the original color (silver white),
such as black, bronze, gold and stainless steel, etc.
