Advantages of plastic waterproof box:
1、 Use a unique seal.
A. The crack and ring seal are adopted between the base of the junction box and the base, and the connecting plate is directly welded with the plastic waterproof box to reduce the sealing links and realize the sealing reliability and good sealing performance; The traditional junction box adopts plane sealing, with installation holes, many sealing links and poor sealing effect.
B. The plastic waterproof box cover and junction box base are sealed by arc seal without installation hole. The unique welded side plate structure is adopted in the junction box base to realize the extrusion sealing between the connecting bolt and the side plate and maintain the sealing stability.
2、 Use of new materials and technologies
A. The connecting part between the plastic waterproof box cover and the box base is connected through rivets and bolts, making the connecting plate of the box base thinner, lighter and easier. The existing junction box adopts threaded hole connection, and the connecting plate of the junction box base has large thickness, heavy weight and inconvenient manufacture.
B. The thin plate structure has compact overall structure, convenient production, beautiful appearance, light weight and material saving. The traditional junction box is welded by thick steel plate, with heavy structure and rough appearance.
