Light grey or white color is the normal color of standard plastic enclosures,also some of the samples in black color.
For different design and application,some customers maybe ask for other colors,such as red,dark grey,blue etc.As we know,all the plastic enclosures are made by injection mold,so how to change the color of the plastic enclosure?
There're two ways,one is change the color when injection,the ABS material coloring with toner or masterbatch,then inject into the mold,so make the enclosure with the desired color directly.The other way is painting,it can change the color on the existing case.
The advantage of the first way is the color is natural and never fade,but there's MOQ,usually is 1000pcs.For the second way,there's no MOQ,and can change the color more easily.but the cost is higher and when the spray coating come off,the color is lost.
