Oxidized aluminum will form a dense oxide film on the base exterior, thus increasing corrosion resistance and increasing the melting and boiling points, and can be used as a heat-resistant material, while non-oxidized aluminum does not have these properties.2 Oxidized aluminum is corrosion-resistant and more chemically stable than aluminum because it has a trioxide film. There is also aluminum and acid-base reaction can give off hydrogen gas, aluminum oxide will not have gas.3 oxidation will generate a dense oxide film on the exterior, so that the aluminum inside no longer continue to oxidation.
