1.Cutting

2. Drilling holes

3. Tapping
Aluminum profile tapping processing is to perform thread tapping on the tapping holes at the end of the aluminum profile according to the technical requirements of the design drawings, which are used for the fastening connection of the later frame. The commonly used specifications of tapping holes are φ2, φ3Etc. The depth of the hole is determined by the length of the bolt, commonly used as M6,M8 etc.
4.Surface treatment
