2、Feel: Touch the surface and corners of the sheet metal products with hands, no welding slag, burr, fast edge, sharp corner, etc. (It is recommended to bring yarn gloves to avoid scratching hands). Depending on the use of the product, press the surface of the shell with different force to discern the strength of the sheet metal shell.
3、Welding seams: butt welds (must be straight, flat, no unevenness and leakage); corner welds (corner welds must be firmly welded and aesthetically pleasing with a weld height of 0.8-1.2mm); spot welds (the distance of spot welds must be equidistant and the size of the weld scars must be similar).
4、Look at the structure layout: the use of reinforcement must be reasonable, and the space layout must be simple and generous and well-defined under the premise of meeting the strength of the sheet metal parts, the heat dissipation window (heat dissipation is very important for the shell of sheet metal equipment, so the reasonable position of the heat dissipation window determines the good or bad of the whole equipment), the position of the cable alignment, etc.
