How to deal with the vibration of plastic shell during molding?

The injection mold of plastic shell is easy to produce vibration, which has a great influence on the life and stability of the machine. Therefore, when adjusting the plastic shell to unlock the mold, please pay attention to the following matters: the slow opening speed is the starting speed of the mold, so the speed is lower than the medium speed, and the slow medium pressure is generally used. Due to the template in the locking process has a certain deformation, resulting in clamping force, so the starting pressure can be appropriately higher, generally about 50%. Slow position depends on the model, generally open in the plastic shell mold.

Plastic shell processing

The speed and pressure of fast opening can be increased to reduce the opening time of plastic shell, but the distance between the fast opening position and the slow opening position must be opened properly, because the impact and inertia of fast opening are relatively large, so a certain distance must be taken to eliminate the influence of inertia on the end position of opening.

However, if the interval is too large, the mold opening time of the plastic shell will be prolonged, and the speed and pressure of the deceleration mold opening can be adjusted to be very small, generally about 10-20, as long as it can support the minimum power of the template to overcome the resistance. There should be no impact rebound at the end of mold opening. Because the acceleration at the moment of springback is very large, the hinge is also very worn, and the position of the opening end of the plastic shell can not be stable in a small range.

Fast clamping speed can be appropriately large to reduce the mold moving time, but the pressure need not be too large. The fast clamping position should be greater than the thickness of plastic shell processing, and the position that should reach the thickness of plastic shell should be switched to low pressure clamping. The speed of low pressure die locking is generally controlled within 30%, and the pressure is generally 0. Especially after counteracting the resistance of the die spring / slider, the die should be controlled to the minimum to achieve the purpose of low pressure protection.
