As a typical non-ferrous metal, the advantages of aluminum alloy, such as light weight and corrosion resistance, make aluminum profiles widely used in traditional industrial profiles, doors and windows, curtain walls, decorative materials and other fields. When aluminum profiles are produced and processed, detail control is the key, and a slight failure will affect the quality of product performance, such as.

(1) In order to be more conducive to the time-effective circulating air supply, the aluminum extrusion frame should not be too dense, and there should be intervals between materials and materials, especially the small materials and thick materials that are not ventilated should be more widely spaced, and when the tube materials are combined with small materials and plate materials in one frame, the tube materials are put below.

(2) Before loading the furnace, other special alloys and ordinary alloys should be separately loaded into the furnace for aging, and the aging is to make the aluminum profile take effect within a certain time.

(3) In the setting and control of temperature, usually, there is a certain error between the temperature and the apparent temperature, and the setting of the table temperature should be set according to the actual temperature of the furnace and pay close attention to the fluctuation of the temperature.

(4) Aluminum profile aging insulation: aging should be carried out in strict accordance with the process requirements, and the insulation time should be appropriate to prevent insufficient hardness due to under-aging or over-aging.
