Hongfa is a manufacturer of extruded aluminium enclosure,so the mainly material of the aluminium case is extrusion profile.so today we'll introduce the aluminum profile extrusion process.


Squeeze

A. Operating procedures:

1. Using a temperature gradient of 100°C/1 hour, the ingot barrel is heated to 380°C---420°C.

2. According to the operation plan, select the right amount of suitable aluminum rods into the rod furnace and heat to 480℃---520℃, and the special industrial profiles are executed according to the specified process temperature.

3. According to the operation plan, select the mold that meets the plan, heat it to 460℃---500℃, and keep it warm for 2---4 hours.

4. Start the extruder cooling motor-hydraulic motor.

5. According to the order of the plan, the special pad for the mold is selected to be installed in the mold base, and the mold base is locked in the extrusion position.

6. Lock the holding cylinder, and use the feeding rack to raise the heated aluminum rod to the aligned position of the bladder. 7. Main cylinder forward extrusion

8. When extruding, the initial pressing speed should be slow, and the medium-speed extrusion speed should be adjusted appropriately according to the surface quality of the discharge port profile.

9. Record the mold number, aluminum rod number, master cylinder pressure, and discharge speed in the original record in detail.


B. Process requirements

1. The temperature of the aluminum rod heating machine is: A flat mold: 500°C---520°C B. Diversion mold: 480°C---500°C C. Special industrial materials are implemented according to special process requirements.

2. Mold heating process: A. Flat mold: 460°C---480°C B. Split mold: 460°C---500°C 3. The temperature of the holding tube: 380℃---420℃ The temperature of the end surface of the ingot tube is 280℃---360℃

4. The extruded material must have a smooth surface, no hand feel for longitudinal indentation, fine and uniform extrusion lines, no bright bands, black lines, flat gaps between yin and yang, and angle deviations, and the cutting slope should be in accordance with the national standard. 5. Extrusion force: ≤200㎏/cm2

6. The locking pressure of the bladder is 120㎏/cm2—150㎏/cm2.

7. Hydraulic oil temperature≤45℃

8. The profile flow rate is generally controlled at: 5m/min---30m/min

9. Mold time in the furnace: ≤8 hours

10. Every time 80 rods-100 rods are squeezed, the bladder must be cleaned with a special cleaning gasket
