The top and bottom use 3.0 aluminum plate, the front and rear panels and the left and right fixing brackets are 1.8mm aluminum plates with foot pads. This structure shape chassis, the size can be customized.
We made it by silver anodizing with wire drawing effects, here is the picture refer.
