A:Yes, we are a professional metal processing factory with an experienced engineering team that can customize products according to customers' drawings.

Q2: Will my drawing be safe after you get it?

A:Yes, we will not release your design to third party unless with your permission. 

Q3: What is the MOQ?

A: Normally, we do not set MOQ, but the more the cheaper. In addition, we are happy to make prototypes or samples for our customers to ensure the quality level.

Q4:Whether some samples can be provided?

A: Yes, we can provide the sample if we have it in stock, but the customer needs to pay the sample fee and delivery fee.

Q5: What are your terms of packing?

A: Generally, we pack goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have a legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letter.

Q6: What format drawings do you need?

A:We need a 3D file or 2D PDF file. And please also share materials, quantities, finishes and other requirements for better evaluation.

Q7: How long it will take?

A: If for the stock case, need 3-5days. The time of produce mass according to the quantity, there are some changes.
