A: Yes, we will not disclose your design drawings to any third party unless you give us your permission. We can also sign an NDA before sending you the drawings.

Q3:What is your order quantity?

A: Generally speaking, we don't have a minimum order quantity, but the more you order, the cheaper the price. Also, we can make prototypes or samples for customers to ensure quality standards.

Q4:Can you provide samples?

A: Yes, we can provide samples if we have ready-made stock, but the sample cost and courier cost should be borne by the customer.

 Q5: What is your terms of packing?

A: Generally, we pack our products in neutral white boxes and brown corrugated cartons. However, if you have a patent, we can pack it in your branded box after getting the approval from the patent office.

Q6: What format of drawings do you need?

A: We need 3D files or 2D PDF files, also please let us know the material, quantity, finishing and other requirements for better quotation.

Q7: How long is the delivery time?

A: If we have stock, it is about 3-5 days. If we need to make new moulds, it will take 15-20 days for aluminium profiles. For injection moulded box, it will take 20-25 days. The production batch time is somewhat different according to the quantity.
