Accurate holes machining

The holes in extrusion aluminum enclosures are milled by CNC machine,100% accurate drilling holes.Can process holes of different sizes and shapes, with a minimum size of 1mm

Surface treatment

Hongfa Supply different surface treatment of aluminum enclosures,such as anodizing,powder coating,painting,electroplating etc. 

Also can print logos or graphics as required.

Differet colors

Different surface treatments can be customized with different colors. Generally, Hongfa has standard color codes to choose from. If customers need to customize color codes that Hongfa does not have, they need to provide their own color codes to Hongfa for color production.

01.Is the material of the aluminum enclosure pure aluminum?

No,the extrusion aluminum box is made of aluminum alloy 6063,it has relatively high strength, as well as good heat dissipation and processing properties of aluminum.

02.Is there a tooling cost?

Hongfa have hundreds of models in stock for choice,you can choose our existing products which without tooling cost.If make a new mold for your own designed aluminum enclosures,there's a tooling cost.

03.What is the MOQ if I want to custom the case?

If you want to customize enclosures using our existing molds, there is no minimum order quantity (MOQ). However, for enclosures requiring a new mold, the MOQ is 1,000 pieces.

04.Can I take a sample to check before bulk order?

Yes,all of our aluminum enclosures have standard samples in stock,you also can take customized samples.
